Pat is an Executive Director and founder of the Flanagan & Gerard Property Group. He has all the necessary skills to assess the property market and decide on investment strategies relevant to the present.  Pat has been responsible for the development of many of the country's largest property investments, being Riverside Mall, Nelspruit; Lakeside Mall, Benoni; Somerset Mall, Somerset West; Southgate, Johannesburg; Northgate, Randburg; the Boardwalk, Richards Bay; Bhunu Mall, Manzini; Quaggasentrum, Pretoria West and Hatfield Plaza, Hatfield. Pat, together with Peter Gerard were the founders of RMS Syfrets in 1979, which later became Colliers RMS.  Their initial partners in the company were the Nedbank group, followed by Johnnic in 1995, before selling the company in 1999. Pat and Peter started working together at Rapp & Maister in the early 1970's, involved in such developments as Sandton City & Eastgate, and learnt from Michael Rapp before he reversed the company into the Liberty Life group.

Peter is an Executive Director and founder of the Flanagan & Gerard Property Group. He has the key skills to assess the viability of a property with the key feature being the sustainability of the rental income.  Peter had been responsible for the listing of 6 property funds, being Sycom (1986), RMSProp (1987), Tricom (1988), Growthpoint (1988), Milprop (1996) and Newport (1998). Paul has been involved in all of the Flanagan & Gerard developments with a focus on leasing. Paul is also involved in the strategic direction of the business, and is an executive director. Paul is a family man, with two sons , a daughter and a loving wife.

John is an executive director of Flanagan & Gerard Property Development & investment (Pty) Ltd. John is key in the leasing of Flanagan & Gerard developments - his current responsibilities include Middleburg Mall and Highveld Mall phase 3.

Chris joined Flanagan & Gerard in August 2009 in the role of a leasing executive. Chris is an avid skydiver and has competed internationally in this sport. Chris has taken the current leasing responsibility for Nicolway Bryanston.

Mark has been involved in the property industry since 1997, first as an architect and then in a property development role. Marks current focus is as leasing executive of various Flanagan & Gerard developments.

Karyn has been working with Flanagan & Gerard as an accounting executive since 2008. Karyn and Mark Essey work closely on the asset management of the Flanagan & Gerard portfolio.

Mark is based in Kwa-Zulu Natal and is actively involved in the asset management of the Flanagan & Gerard portfolio.

Dominique Drok has a Marketing Degree her current role will be assisting with the branding of Flanagan & Gerard and will be supporting the team with leasing for various schemes in the future.
